The freezing bowl is removable for an easy cleaning, the LCD display shows each stage of the process, that can be also controlled through the wide transparent lid; the unit is equipped with an adjustable timer and extended cooling function for keeping the ice-cream cold up to 60 minutes after the end of the freezing cycle.
